How do I place a Cash on Delivery order?
Choose your product and variant, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter a complete Malaysia delivery address and select Cash on Delivery when the option is available.
Is COD available across Malaysia?
Yes. COD is provided across Malaysia through our delivery partners, subject to address verification and courier accessibility.
When do I make payment?
For a COD order, payment is made when the parcel arrives. Please prepare the amount due and make sure your phone number is reachable.
How much are the shipping or COD fees?
Any applicable final charges are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. Charges can vary according to the address, order and delivery service.
Delivery and order changes
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination, courier and operating conditions. Shipping information and tracking updates will be provided when the order is processed.
How can I track my order?
Use the tracking link or number provided after your order is dispatched. If you have not received an update, contact us with your order number.
Can I change my address, product or variant after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be attempted before the order is processed or handed to the courier and cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if a COD delivery fails or is refused?
Make sure your address and phone number are accurate and answer courier calls. Failed or refused deliveries may affect our ability to accept future COD orders.

How do I choose the correct size or variant?
Review the variant name, size details, recommended weight and images on the product page. If you are still unsure, send the product name and relevant details to our WhatsApp team.
Can hygiene products be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are generally not returnable. Unopened, damaged or incorrectly supplied products will be reviewed under our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending anything back.
What should I do if an item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photos of the parcel and product. Our team will review the case under the current policy.
