Order acceptance

Orders are subject to stock availability, fraud review, delivery area availability, correct product information, and successful order confirmation. We may cancel or adjust an order if there is an error or if fulfillment is not possible.

Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner according to the delivery process. For prepaid payment methods, payment must be completed before the order can be processed.

Product variants

Please review the selected variant, size, pack count, quantity, and delivery information before checkout. We fulfill orders based on the confirmed order details.

Risk of loss

Risk of loss or damage passes according to the courier delivery process once the parcel is handed to the carrier, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

After-sales support

For issues with damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us according to our Refund Policy. We may request photos, video, order number, and delivery information to review the claim.
