We want every Unihope order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at service@unihopes.com. Once an order has been packed or handed to the courier, we may not be able to cancel or change it.

Returns

For hygiene and personal care reasons, opened, used, washed, damaged-after-delivery, or unsealed products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item involved, photos or video of the issue, and a short explanation.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, missing, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review the issue.

Cash on Delivery orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be reviewed based on the order status, delivery record, payment status, and evidence provided. We will confirm the next step by email.

Refunds

If your request is approved, we will confirm the next step by email. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong or defective item, we will advise the appropriate return or replacement process. For other approved returns, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
